Warm Path privacy notice

Updated September 9, 2026

This notice describes how Warm Path at warmpath.com handles information from its assessment pages and email correspondence.

Information we collect

Please do not include passwords, payment details, sensitive personal information, or confidential information about other people in your answers or messages.

How we use it

We use your information to prepare your results, provide adviser guidance, respond to you, and follow up about your answers within the consent you gave. We will not sell your data. We also record contact preferences, prevent duplicate messages and abuse, and review assessment and response patterns to improve the experience.

The adviser is AI-assisted. The current automatic opening uses prepared text selected using your answers; later replies and follow-ups are held for review before sending. Warm Path's human operator and AI-assisted operating tools can review the information needed to provide and improve the guidance.

Services and storage

Vercel hosts the website and handles form submissions. Upstash holds a temporary copy of submitted events. Resend sends and receives our email. These services process the information needed for those functions, and your email provider processes delivered correspondence.

Warm Path also keeps working assessment records and email correspondence on its operator's computer. Contact details and adviser transcripts are kept separately from version-controlled assessment and analysis records. Analysis records use identifiers rather than contact fields, but optional text may still identify you; these records are not necessarily anonymous.

Cookies, measurement, and technical information

We use our own tools to count visits, questionnaire steps, saving, result views and report actions. These records use random event and journey labels, the assessment version and campaign label, a broad screen-size group, and fixed error codes. They do not contain your name, email, answers or private report links. After you consent to start, a private participant label can connect these observations to accepted assessment records so we can check scores and follow-up outcomes.

This browser tab keeps safe journey labels and pending observations for up to 30 minutes so a retry or page return does not count twice. Storage limits or tracking failures do not prevent you from taking the assessment.

When optional Google Analytics is enabled, it runs only after you choose to allow it through Analytics choices. It receives limited page and questionnaire event information and may set analytics cookies. We do not send your contact details, answers, scores, participant labels or private report links to Google Analytics. Advertising personalization is disabled. You can decline or withdraw consent without affecting the assessment. Your browser can remember that choice for up to 90 days.

Our submission and tracking functions use a keyed hash of the source IP address for a 60-second rate-limit counter. It does not add the raw IP address to the assessment event stored in the submission buffer. Hosting and email services may process technical request and delivery information as part of providing their services.

Retention

Submitted events and browser observations in temporary intake buffers are configured to expire after 30 days. Email delivery-status events remain queued until collected or reviewed; their queue has a fixed capacity and rejects new events for retry if full. That expiry does not delete the working assessment records or email correspondence held by Warm Path. Retained funnel observations, working records and correspondence do not currently have a fixed automatic deletion period; removal requires a separate review and action. Provider-held copies and technical logs are also subject to the relevant provider's retention practices.

Your choices and privacy questions

You can leave without starting an assessment. Starting requires the displayed consent; providing a phone number and the optional text is not required.

To end adviser contact, reply stop from the email address you used, or email a stop request. Stopping contact does not itself delete earlier answers or correspondence.

For privacy questions or to request access to, correction of, or deletion of information you supplied, email adviser@loop.warmpath.com. Use the address you supplied so we can locate the relevant information. Requests are reviewed by the operator, not completed automatically by this page.
